1. Acceptance
By inviting Discord Custom Bot to a server, using its commands, interacting with its buttons or menus, opening tickets, or otherwise using bot features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the bot and ask a server administrator to remove or disable it where appropriate.
2. Discord Platform Rules
The bot operates on Discord. Your use of the bot must comply with Discord's rules, including the following official policies:
- Discord Terms of Service
- Discord Privacy Policy
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Developer Terms of Service
- Discord Developer Policy
If Discord's rules and these terms conflict, Discord's rules control your use of Discord and Discord's developer platform.
3. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server administrators decide whether to add the bot, which permissions it receives, which channels and roles it can manage, and which features are enabled.
- Administrators are responsible for configuring the bot in a lawful, safe, and server-appropriate way.
- Administrators should only grant permissions that are needed for the features they want to use.
- Administrators should inform server members when bot features collect logs, transcripts, moderation notes, AI prompts, or other server data.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the bot to break Discord rules, violate the rights of others, disrupt services, or bypass moderation decisions.
- Do not use the bot for harassment, threats, spam, raids, abuse, scams, or unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the bot, database, or connected services.
- Do not submit malicious prompts, links, files, or content intended to evade moderation or compromise systems.
- Do not use bot outputs as a substitute for human judgment in high-impact decisions.
5. Bot Features and Decisions
The bot may provide moderation actions, restrictions, role management, verification, tickets, transcripts, logging, reminders, giveaways, AI replies, AI image generation, image moderation, games, utility commands, and server controls.
Some actions are automated or based on server configuration. Server staff remain responsible for reviewing important decisions, correcting mistakes, and handling appeals where their community rules require it.
AI features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. Users and administrators should review AI output before relying on it.
6. Availability, Updates, and Termination
The bot may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features can be added, removed, or updated to improve safety, reliability, platform compliance, or server operations.
Access to the bot may be limited or removed if a user or server abuses the bot, violates these terms, violates Discord rules, or creates security or operational risk.
7. Privacy
The bot may process Discord IDs, server configuration, command usage, moderation records, tickets, logs, and content needed to provide enabled features. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The bot is provided as-is and as-available. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every server.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from bot use, configuration, downtime, data loss, moderation decisions, or third-party services.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the bot changes or as legal, security, or Discord platform requirements evolve. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.
10. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the bot owner or the administrators of the Discord server where the bot is installed. If you operate this bot publicly, replace this contact section with your official support server, email address, or website contact method.
